I came to the US as an International Student in 2004 and graduated in 2009. Upon graduation, I successfully fought the petition and prepared documents for 8 family members and prepared documents for 3 family members (incl. me), over the age of 21, by applying the CSPA provisions on a petition that was filed in 2001.
