oh my God! her petitioner before is the only one to cancel the petition before..your fiance dont have rights to do that...only his fiance before...it happens really i am so sorry about it! she needs to talk her fiance before to cancel her petion before then you can start all over again,,sorry for that!

I agree with Miss Pretty. Your fiance should talk with the man who filed the old visa to cancel it else any kind of visa that she will file will be denied again (may it be a student, working or a tourist). I hope your fiance and her ex had a good closure of their past relationship so she could talk it over to him.
