Hi all just got confirmation that my DS3032 was received on Oct 3rd but the IV bill is not invoised as yet maybe tomorrow. Just waiting for IV bill...

Did you call them or confirmation by e-mail ?

I sent mine DS3032 ON September 24 and still nothing

i sent in my AOS and DS-230 packages today after it showed piad on thier website.i got everything organized and just as they want it.hope that everything go smooth from there.

Everybody needs to be patient,your turn will come trust me.if u gain some time here i am sure u will lose it somewhere else during the nvc process.I did not even bother call them to check on my ds-3032 they just approved after 9 days.i emailed VJ template and snail mailed the original 2 days later.

And regarding the fees.I paid the first day and on th third it showed paid on the website.Now i am done ,i sent everything i got today,lol.hopefully no more sending docs again.

okay i have a question i just called nvc just to listen to the AVR ,, and it says this " the nvc is waiting for the biography forms from the petiotioner once that is received you will be notified , last week it was not saying this !! it was saying " some thing about the AOS does this mean they reveiwed the AOS now !! which i have already sent i cannot talk to any one now and i cannot wait till monday to find out lol helppppppppppppppp!!!FYI my husbabnd DHL the DS230 on thursday and was told it will get there either on wed or thursday the latest .

Smells like a False RFE to me!!! The biographic pages is the 230 and they are looking for it. This usually means the AOS was reviewed... As far as the 230 package, you will probably hear this current message until your package is approved. Even though they technically "received" the package...aka... it was delivered physically to the NVC... They will not say it was received until it is reviewed and logged in.... Dont worry, give it this week then start calling for case complete!!! (or see if they send an RFE checklist, but I hope not and that everything goes smooth!!!)

I finally got the emails from the NVC! Hubbs texted me while I was at the laundrymat tonight... He has a knack for telling me important good stuff via text while I'm out doing stuff .. Like doing the laundry at the laundrymat, work, or the grocery store.... So I always get the crazy looks cause I celebrate no matter where I am! :dance:

Hi, sorry to say this but you are going to have to wait about another week. It's takes about 2-3 wks for you to get the case # and with the recent approvals they are a bit backed up. Be patience which is kind a hard to be...cheer up..

How soon after you got your NOA2 for the I-130 did you call to get your case number? Mine was dated for Sept 23rd and I called yesterday and they said they haven't gotten it yet. When should I call again??

Mines took about 10 days to get case number. You should give it a couple more days.

Just called NVC to follow-up on our emails. They verified our email and said that they usually send the emails 2-4 weeks after they have received the case. Ofcourse I do not believe her but their is nothing else we could do from here but wait.

Well that's a standard answer that the operators give...I got mines after 7 days. I had called the night before and the operator told me that I should receive it in about 2-4 wks time and then I got mines the following day. Be patient.

I guess that you already gave them you and your spouse email address. All you can do now is wait for them to generate and send the DS3032. By now you should have all your docs in order. How things are going I at the NVC I suggest that you send in a hard copy of the DS3032 as well as emailing it.

Did you give the operator your email address. If you did they will email the beneficiary as well as the petitioner. I downloaded one from the US dept website and then follow the instruction on VJ wiki to create the barcode and had my wife sign it and mailed it back to me. Then as soon as I received the email I sent out the form via overnight mail and also email the ds3032. Hope this helps..

I just got off the phone with the operator at the NVC...the CR1 approval hasn't been assigned a case number yet, BUT the K3 visa has been assigned a number AND is being sent to the embassy today so they will get in touch with my husband for an interview... I don't know what to do!!! I know waiting for the CR1 visa is better in the long run but wow...we have been waiting for sooo long!!!! What to do, what to do!!!!

I would say wait for I-130 because the K3 will end up costing you more and its only a "SINGLE ENTRY VISA" once the CR1/IR1 visa is issued a green card will be issued shortly after arrival but with the K3 you will have to do a I-485 on arrival in order to get CR1/IR1 status.

I totally agree with MsSheka, I was about to do the K3 as well but decided not to do it because of the complications with filing all the other forms that has to go with it and the IR visa is better.

when mailing off the ds3032, do i need to include anything else in the envelope? it already has the barcode and such on it.

I mialed mines without any cover letter. As long as it has the barcode with the case number on it, it should be fine.

found the husband, he got right to work and is emailing the ds 3032 to nvc right now. and scanning in the hard copy and emailing that to me. i will print it off and mail it today.

Great...also get your stuff ready for the AOS part because as soon as the payment is accepted you can print out the cover sheet and send it in as well..

Yes you can send in the DS3032 via email but fron his email address and you can send in the hard copy as long as it's signed by him. Once again congrats..

No you do not - transcripts are sufficient.
