I'm an Aussie! Met Laura whilst visiting a friend in Wichita Kansas Jan 2007.
Laura came to Australia for two weeks in April 2007.
I visited Laura in Wichita on a B2 visa from April - December 2008.
I flew Laura to Australia May of 2009 for a 2 week visit.
Now back in the USA , married to Laura and awaiting Adjustment of Status approval
EAD card arrived Saturday Feb 5th after 87 days
December 1, 2012.
After 14 months of marriage, I left Laura due to increasing and regular cases of infidelity. It was the hardest thing I've ever been through. Despite attempts at reconciliation, she wanted divorce. It's amazing how much a person can change in such a short time.
June 13, 2012 - Divorce finalized
March 11, 2013 - I751 Petition to Lift Conditions, filed with Divorce waiver.
May 2013: RFE
Oct 2013: Lifting of Conditions petition approved & 10-year Green Card granted!
