and fill up the form AOS and supporting documents
U can get the form online use the new version of all the forms
Good luck about the medical my advice is when u r waiting the case complete , maybe u can go for advance medical

If you are travelling with ur hubby, u dont need anything.. Just passport for 3 of you. Since u are balikbayan, they let u stay in the phil, for 1 yr including ur hubby and the baby.. Call the airline for the mommy travel with the bb. They will give u a special seat where they have a lil basenet.. Bring a stroller, so that u will not carry always ur bb. Pack bag easy to put all his stuffs..

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130
April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1
July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)
July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC
Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building
Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE
Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE
Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email
Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay
Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET
Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS over night at NVC
Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032
Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC

Oh - you are thinking you had a connected 'communication' with NVC? Alas, no - all of that was disconnected.
What you did, and what they wrote back, is totally disconnected - not even the same 'event' to track/trace.

Yes u can send them both, that what i am going to do, waiting for the invoice for Iv bill..
1. Put in 1 envelop the AOS dont 4get the cover sheet.use the address in the cover sheet
Outside the envelop put the address for aos , they are same building but the Attn for aos is different department
2, for ds230 put in envelop and dont 4get the coversheet, put address outside the envelop
3. Put them together in 1 envelop, with the address u state above..

If i where u.. Dont hire an attorney More complicated and it took long.. They want money everytime.
And if the petitioner status is not complicated here in USA, nothing to worried, just follow the instructions at the uscis websites, ans the Vj will help u.
Just keep asking here. A lot of people will help u..
Ask your attorney because he is the one submit the application..
Normal processing to get the noa1 is 1week..

My question
Is still allowed for advance medical at st. luke? after the AOS and the DS-230 paid?
because way back 2009 when my hubby petition me as a spousal visa, they allowed to have a advance medical.

( 51 days working days from NOA1 to NOA2)
Still waiting for NVC case #
