    Got a call from the Algerian Embassy in DC today telling me that my visitation visa is approved and that I will be receiving a 2 year family visa! :) Now, if Ghani can just get HIS visa approval! :)

      hmmm, didn't know the invitation could come from anyone but the fiancé, interesting! we'll see what my new one comes over as...

      The invitation is suppose to come from the Head of Household of the home you will be staying. If the fiance is the home owner, then the invitation will come from him.

      never done that, always got it from Adel and never had a problem. Embassy does not state head of household, just the "host", whatever works!
