This is completely off topic, but I would urge you to contact all 3 credit bureaus and freeze your credit report.
You have given him an incredibly complete dossier for identity theft.
    Good luck.

Ap can be approved without fingerprints, but the timeframe is 90 days, not 61 days.
Why did you expect to be home in April when you applied at the end of March? AP takes 90 days.
For the fingerprints, you can say you haven;t gotten your bio appointment yet and put in a service request.

Direct consular filing is unavailable in Canada and other VJ members very familiar with Canada have posted time and again that consular personnel at the US Consulate in Montreal are very strict on domicile with regards to the US Citizen.
Joint Sponsor is your only option unless there is a sufficient amount of assets (refer to the I-864 instructions when using assets to qualify); your wife will still have to complete and submit an I-864.

Inky got a reaction from impress in how can i track my case status?
There is no case tracking on VJ.
You can fill in your timeline via your profiles timeline button. It will give you an estimate of an approval time.
If you want to track your case go on USCIS and make an account.
Use the case number from your NOA1 and put it in the portfolio in your account.
Select texting and email notification. You can also click the case and see the "processing" position it is in.

File for citizenship when your window opens regardless of ROC being approved or not.
It will force them to process the ROC and you will be finished with the slackers because you will be on your way to citizenship.

The Japanese income will not count because it would stop before your fiancée enters the US. Only income that will continue after you and your fiancée enters the US will count.
You will need a Joint Sponsor.

    (Organizer hat off)
If you know which port of entry (POE) you'll go through, find it here...
    http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/toolbox/contacts/ports
(click the "locate a port of entry" toward upper left)
...and call the port directly to find out how they handle it.
Manpower on the day of the week and at the time of day will influence your experience (and CBP's). The last thing that you want is to "blindside" an understaffed POE and encounter harassed, grumpy agents. Try the following:
    1) Call a couple of days ahead of your planned entry, ask for the shift supervisor, explain your pending arrival, and ask when would be the least disruptive time for you to show up.
    2) If the supervisor suggests an alternative POE that won't unduly inconvenience you, plan to enter there (and call ahead). If the supervisor responds with a window of time, do everything possible to adhere to it. Get the supervisor's name.
    3) When you're actually on the road, call the port again when you're within range, and remind them. Cite the supervisor's name as confirmation.
Your courtesy will ease the mutual experience and will definitely be appreciated by the POE personnel.

Really? So you can prove that you're not married? How? Explain to me how you can prove to the US government that at no point, in any country, you were married to your fiance? If you're not married explain to me why you're calling your fiance, someone you are NOT married to, a term reserved for married people?
You (collectively) are being silly and risking your future together by calling each other a term that does NOT relate to you. You are drawing unneeded attention and red-flags into your relationship. Stop calling each other something you are not. It's like calling your best male friend your boyfriend. While the term COULD imply simply a boy that's a friend, that is not it's typical and known use so calling them that adds a dimension to the relationship that doesn't exist.
If you want to be together, stop doing stupid things that put it at risk, and stop doing things that add unnecessary stress to an already stressful and lengthy process.

No it's not "natural", you are "wife to be" or "husband to be" or "I'm looking forward to being your wife" etc. Using the word when it isn't true minimises it's meaning (from now on you shall call me Duchess). You are ONLY husband and wife when married.

Many people think a K1 is faster so will apply when they are married. If you marry in another country it isn't automatically reported to the US. Many people have been denied for calling each other husband/wife having pictures that look like a wedding party. It is on you to prove you are not if questioned not on them to prove you are.

Being in the military does nothing for " wont see it as fraud ". There is lots of marriage fraud in the military, weather its the immigrant frauding the US citizen military to get into the country or its both USC doing it for the extra pay being married.
But active duty military sometimes are processed faster than regular petitions.

Yes if his visa is not extended and he has no legal status in the USA he can be deported REGARDLESS of marriage to a US citizen.
Marriage to a USC has nothing to do with being legal in the USA.

The Montreal website combines both the K-1 and the spousal visa information on one page.
    You only need the I-134.
Moved from K-1 forums to Canada forums as this is directly dealing with Canada.

I think you are confused. The I-134 is required for the K-1. The I-864 is not needed until the AOS in the USA.
The interviewers go by the guides and income levels of the 864 instructions for the I-134.

Check with your bank/credit card as to why it was rejected.
Check with NVC why it was rejected.
Both would have to be done on monday since most things are closed Sundays.

Inky got a reaction from Penguin_ie in who can best be your co-sponsor?
The ideal person to be a co-sponsor is someone who makes the correct amount of income for their family + the immigrant(s).
It does not matter if the person is a friend or a relative. They only want the correct income.

I suggest you make an INFOPASS appointment to CHANGE your filing method. You do not need to refile, you just need to change it.
Take your divorce decree and adjust based on divorce, not abuse.

If that's a hostile response, you'll probably find mine to be downright mean. While you don't have to be a Ph.D. to go through the immigration journey, it is very much about paying attention to the details. The people who take time to respond are giving good advice -- check your work before you send it -- to help someone like the OP avoid any delays caused by an RFE.
Bottom line, if someone in this process isn't reading the USCIS instructions and VJ guides thoroughly to know where it needs to be sent, then the likelihood of missing another key piece increases, e.g. how much the fee is, etc.
