100% Al Ahly Fan got a reaction from Saci Singh in Foreign State of Chargeability
We finally got our appointment letter in the mail, although I was really weirded out when I read that the foreign state of chargeability would be Libya. My husband was born there, although he is NOT a citizen of this country.
First of all what exactly does this "foreign state of chargeability" mean?
For immigration purposes, why wouldnt they use he country he's a citizen of?
    Thanks in advance everyone

Hi friend...dont ever forget that there is God and he's watching everyone's attention and faith...leave it for God he's gonna take care of this, pray and be strong. Life is a school so from the begining by seeing him tginking jist about himself it would show you how not responsible he's...be with a man faithful and someone who see the future with you (having your house together, traveling, loving each other, making money together) not someone who thinks just about gym and cloths (it shows you basicly he's not a man).
Stay positive mate and pray, God is great God is good 🙏

I grow tired of this back and forth but I will say this because it's clear there's a fundamental lack of understanding about people like Mark Zuckerberg:
The FWD.US platform is nothing but a very cynical, very transparent ploy for Silicon Valley ilk to pick and choose specific foreign applicants for specific purposes, bring them here on H1B visas, and pay them a lot less than they would have to pay their comparable American job applicants, and not offer them any benefits or job security. This is a cost saving measure at heart, and a very despicable one at that.
It's a bald faced LIE that there aren't enough Americans with IT skills to fill the job ranks. There are thousands of IT and Computer Engineering folks who have been unemployed in their field since the dot com bubble burst 13 years ago! They have kept up their skills with the times but still can't break back into the industry. Why? Their skills are expensive and they require adequate employment packages including insurance, retirement, etc. Silicon Valley is no different than any other corporate atmosphere in the United States. They want to skimp out on their duties to their employees like everyone else and get the best talent they can get for the lowest price.

What visa will he be travelling on?
If K-1, CR-1, IR-1 - Kuwait 'letter of resignation ' in hand has nothing to do with the port of entry in the USA. The CBP doesn't ask for it - instead they look at the VISA in his passport.
IMO, Akram is a slave-driver and wants to keep your husband in Kuwait at all costs.
Why is Akram involved, at all ?

Last night was the final night of competition on this season's Arab Idol. This is Mohammed Assaf, from Khan Younis refugee camp in Gaza, singing his trademark song Ali Keffiyeh.

    "Raise your keffiyeh, raise it"
He has set the Arab world on fire with his performances - watch the reaction of the crowd.
Tonight is the final vote... will update....

The thing is, Blah Blah, reporting from Cairo about Cairo is not OMG OMG living in Mahalla, which officially separated from the government and declared itself a Muslim Brotherhood-Free Zone months ago.
I've been back in the US since April. My sinuses were horribly infected, yet I was repeatedly misdiagnosed - even by a for real "specialist." That, of course, and the lack of security and constant disruptions that rip away any hope for a shred of stability: no police protection, no police directing traffic, no police investigating crimes, no police other than administrative staff doing their job/s and that's it. So! President Morsi decides to give everybody the right to make a citizen's arrest, which is fine except for an environment where some dolt would throw you under a bus to make a good name for himself or receive some kind of gratuity or whatever their motivation might be, and turn you in as a spy - probably Israeli. Don't get me started about the electricity/water outages (which are at this very moment leaving large areas without for daaaaaaays) or being downwind in a taxi when they've let loose with tear gas.
Livvy, I told you before, next comes the Bloody Revolution and beards will be targets. I believe this is where we will see it; people are tired of listening to their mouths and they will be booted, just like the police.
One last thing, during the Revolution the going rate to get through the gates at Cairo International Airport was $2,000.00 (USD).

Darnell is totally right....btw if you just want to be with your baby, why are you trying to remove the proceddings ? ...why are you trying to shut her all the way out? what if she wanted to see her baby? would you prevent her from that because of something between the 2 of you? she broke vases and so on but you never mentioned her harming the baby so why are you even trying to take the baby from her? wouldn't that be unfair? how can i believe that she is the bad ones etc.. and you are the innocent ones..it could be the contrare ..right ?...im going to give you an advice because i have had the same situation my self..Do NOT try to UNFAIR her, YOU or the kid because you will be the ones harmed and the baby..if you really love him...don't unfair him or his mother or even your self.

As a Post Partum nurse, she sounds as if she has post partum depression. Have you taken her to the Doctor recently? If not, I would call her OB/GYN and get an appointment soon.

You can't send her back. She is a LPR and can remove conditions on her own.
If you loved her I would think you'd be investigating treatment for depression. She just had a baby 2 months ago and you want to separate the momma from the baby?
    Something is off.

MoneyGram receipts don't show a mingling of finances - they show one person sending money to another.
A joint bank account would be evidence of mingling of finances.
