    Hi Lena,
There are many people who have gone through filing for their family on this site and will be able to help you if you have questions. The first thing is to read the guides as mentioned before, then start the paperwork. The whole process seems like it would difficult at first but when you get started and spend time reading on this site, it gets easier. The hard part is the waiting and dealing with USCIS. But if you do a good job on your paperwork it will be easier. Through the years I have learned it pays to mind the details and make sure stress those details because it makes a difference. Sloppy form and partially filled out information only brings headaches and RFEs, Requests For Evidence).
It was nice hearing from you and enjoy the journey.

Wow this is really sad, I feel for you.....you changed and gave up your whole life to come over here and this happens....I just don't get it. After all that work, time and energy that was put in for the visa it doesn't make much, (really any after what many of us at VJ have gone through), sense. Your guy, (and I put it lightly) needs a wake up call or a slap. You my dear sound like a wonderful person and am very sorry this is happening to you. You should take what money you were going to invest in the wedding/car and run away from here or start traveling the world there's a man out there who is right for you, that will make your heart sing, befuddle your senses and think that you walk on water a guy who can look into our eyes and not be afraid to cry because of the beautiful woman that you have become and whom wants to spend the rest of his life.
Heck, if you were here on the west coast I'd watch your little darling cat while you're gone!

Financial support documents are not submitted with the I-130 to USCIS. That comes at the NVC phase of the process.

    Bakemma,
His point of entry will be whichever airport he arrives at in the US and goes through customs if Orlando is his first stop in US then it will be there.. That's where he will surrender his packet and be allowed to enter. Then if he's flying to another destination he will collect his luggage and go to that airline departure.

    Hello
Anyway, russian women can love more unselfishly than american women. I don't say about scammers - they don't have a real relations. They ask to send money, to pay for something. But they will not meet with you 5 times for 1.5 years as our girl.
The fake relations (called scamm) is not to meet each other in real life.

In looking over the news during the last week it appears not just being young and black can get you killed when dealing with police but it seems you just have to be young. Frankly I'm losing my confidence in our police forces. I know it's dangerous out there but most of these incidents do seem as though police are over reacting in the situation. I think the thing to remember there are still all those officers who are sworn to protect and serve their communities that are doing a good job. It still comes down to a few isolated incidents that are reported by the media. Perhaps we should blame them!

Harpa is correct that you need to file for ROC, removal of conditions which will replace your 2 year conditional green card with a permanent 10 year green card. After that then you will be able to file for the N-400 which is citizenship. As far as dual citizenship is concerned, it depends what country you come from an allow dual citizenship, and not sure about the Philippines, My wife is from Poland and it taking the oak ceremony on Feb 12th, 2014 and Poland allows her to keep her Poland citizenship. If they didn't allow it I know she would not become a citizen of the U.S. She if very Polish, you can take the Pole out of Poland but not the Polish out of the Pole.

I may be way off here and someone who knows more can correct me, Murysa but I don't think that they can touch you. And that's because I believe that you don't have a SSN. That one number here in the US makes it all happen, taxes, social security, a job etc... without it you don't exist on paper to the government with the exception of your USCIS filings. After all you even said you don't even have a bank account. where and how are they going to get any money. Eventually you will get your SSN after you adjust your status and you will want to keep that number from your husband and anyone who would want to do damage to you. Those papers in the court sound like they aren't worth the ink printed on them if they cant tie them to you. It's good to here from you.
My wife could do anything without a SSN and I bet they (your husband) do anything with it either.

I know her and I have to say that she has been through alot. I think that one of the things which not apparent to those who write is what do you do if you have no car, no money or anyway of getting any or a job, it's uncomfortable to live at the only place you can call home, your husband who brought you here hates you and won't help you complete your papers and much more has happened. What do you do and you still need to be responsible for a young child. No one is handing you money nor are the agencies that are non-profit that willing to help. What I do expect is that anyone from VJ who reads this thread try and understand how hard this is for a person who support system is no longer in place. She is asking for help and if you can't say anything that is of use or of value to her just don't comment. I for one would like to do as much as I can to help. She doesn't deserve any of this all she done is try and love her child love her husband and make life work in a county and a husband that isn't allowing her to stay. She'd probably left a long time ago but her son is a US citizen and she cannot leave without a passport or her husbands permission, she loves her son.

If it was your intent to want people ot understand what you are talking about , you should quote the information or responsed regarding your subject response. I for one have not seen your previous posts nor the responses and do do not know what situation you are talking about. Visa Journey is a free, open website and a resource where people can converse about this immigration journies and get information and help on lots of issues relating to immigration. So when you post something on a forum or board you can expect to get answers and or comments to your posts. Some of them you must screen and rate the value of the information that has been given. And some posts might be derogitory or not what you really want to hear. There are lot's of reasons the resposes might not be helpful. But for the most part I personally find this site to be very helpful, thougthful, understanding well run, probably one of the best resources on the web that could help someone understand their process to a journey to the US and all that is encountered during that journey. I count the members here as my friends, my family and welcome their advice, outlooks and life stories in order to help fulfill my existance and make life more meaningful. That being said, I think it is up to wvery individual to be intelligent enough to know which responses that are given will help you, and consider all the information that is given before taking any possible action. To have the audacity to question my marriage is very upsetting and that is what some of you guys did in my previous post.Who in their right mind would think a 10 year relationship with a guy I met as a teenager isnt real? We have pics we took at my high school graduation! I got married at 20 and got pregnant soon after. We filed 10 years after being together and 5 yrs after getting married while some people who supposedly fell in love filed weeks or months after getting married.I wonder if the people who were bashing me in my previous posts entered their marriage in good faith and not to evade immigration laws. How dare some of you say that I dont sound convincing?? Because I dont have 100 fake photos? Its so easy to fake a smile or a kiss in photos.I bet the fake marriages have the most photos ! When my husband opened his bank accounts,I did not have a legal status nor a social so how on earth could I have been added? He no longer owns an account anyhow. The same with the utility bills.only one name goes on the account.Again,he has bad credit so we have separate finances.I dont want my credit to get ruined aswell! My marriage is fake because we arent financially stable enough to take vacations?? I should not have wasted time writting this post and should have just laughed at the uneducated, ridiculous remarks, but Its just so upsetting that some of you have the nerve to bash me about my marriage who anyone in their right mind wouldnt question if its "real" or bona fide.
