    1. yes. is a common thing in that part of town where you two visited. Young Dapper Men chase after the tourists.
    2. Well, you know the day of her next airplane flight. So, make sure you give her a pan of chocolate-exlax-imbued brownies within 12 hours of the departure time, she won't be able to leave the toilet room in time to get on the plane.

Nothing much you can do about her relationship. She is a grown woman who has to be responsible for her own actions.
    You can either:
    1) Dump her as a friend, since she is not that bright.
    2) Watch her crash and burn, and be there for her to help her when it happens

She is a grown women who os 29 years old so she can make up her own decisions in life. No you can not stop her.
But you can tell her what you feel and then it is up to her to listen or not.

There's so many uneducated and unemployed people, good that he is motivated to work and study. Just divorce and keep things civil for your child. Its his child too. A working father who's studying is a good role model for any child, even if your marriage didn't work out.

Tygrys reacted to JFH in Traveling on a Tourist Visa to have a Baby and Return to China
There are some very good western hospitals (German, American, and others) in the major cities in China. I worked in Beijing for a while and we had a very good international hospital nearby. Your wife was safely born in China, why would it be different for your child? I don't think it's a good idea to put your wife through a long haul flight when she's heavily pregnant. If something were to happen mid-air you would never forgive yourself.
$10,000 is not going to get you very far after buying flights and if the baby needs any specialist or NICU treatment. It can run into the six figures to keep a baby in NICU for an extended period of time. Not to mention any treatment your wife might need if there are complications. Hopefully everything will go well. But my mother has been a midwife for 35 years so I've heard of everything that could go wrong. And it happens more often than people think. Even in the west.

Instead of focusing on your Green Card I would focus more on helping your husband. My dad died almost 6 months ago and I have been a huge wreck. Many days the only thing I did was binge watch stuff on Netflix because I couldn't deal with life. My husband was super patient with me and didn't complain that he had to take care of cooking and that kind of stuff.
The withdrawal of AOS, divorce or anything surrounding your immigration status has not happened yet. If I were you I would focus more on giving all the support I could give to my husband.
Don't nag on him, don't force him to do stuff he doesn't want. Just be there for him and let him know you're there for him. Healing from death in the family takes time, there's no timeline: this is how long grieving should take. Just give him space to grieve.
And what do you mean when you mention you as a responsibility? What is his responsibility towards you?

I think you are at your husband's mercy for lying to you and USCIS. NO ONE, I repeat, NO ONE "forgets" that they were previously married and divorced. NO ONE. No one does not know when their spouse was born. No one, when asked if they had children, does not claim children from past relationships. You may have married for love but there are lots of red flags here. Why did your husband jeopardize your relationship and immigration status like this? Look inward, not outward, for solutions.
Honestly, if I were the Immigration Officer (IO), I would have reacted in the same way. Good luck!

    Hi,
    Sorry about your loss.
There is no special dispensation. Especially when you overstay your visa by over a year.
If you leave with AP or a green card, you will end up with a 10 years ban for overstaying on your K-1 visa for over a year. Your spouse will need to file an I-130 to start the spousal visa process. Your visa application will be denied because of your overstay. Your spouse will need to file a waiver and show why denying you a visa is a hardship to him (missing each other is not enough).
Sorry, but you didn't make it easy on yourself when you overstayed your visa without filing to adjust status.
    Best of luck

Another person who betrayed the trust given to him/her by the United States of America, who even afterwards is still looking for a way to once again violate the trust once given....by name changes and sleight of hand. Think about this: ever wonder why so many Filipinos have difficulty gaining the trust of a CO and be granted a B2 visa? For the answer, just look in the mirror.

You must mention the previous I-130 of course. You also must count your ex on your I-864 and/or i-134. Your household count will be 3.
Your new relationship will likely be scrutinized more. Especially if the relationship is short. Provide good evidence.

What happened happened, and there is nothing you can do about it now. There is nothing you need to submit and submitting anything won't change anything.
You can expect them to scrutinize the new marriage for the new I-130 because you petitioned a spouse not long before and it didn't work out, and now you are petitioning another one. Just make sure to have ample evidence of bona fide marriage and it shouldn't be a problem.
When it gets time to submit your Affidavit of Support (I-864), you will need to count an additional person in your household size for the person you did Affidavit of Support for before.

Tygrys reacted to Hypnos in Filing I-485 without I-693 medical examination, is it a good idea?
You are mistaken. USCIS no longer requires the I-693 to be submitted with the I-485, though many still choose to do so. Since I-693s are only valid for a year from the date on which USCIS receives them, it can make sense to delay submitting a medical until USCIS specifically requests it, either through an RFE or an interview notice.
    http://www.uscis.gov/i-693:
"If you are applying for adjustment of status, you may submit Form I-693 in one of the following ways:
Submit Form I-693 by mail, together with your Form I-485, Application to Register for Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to the location specified for your Form I-485 (see “Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-485”). Submit Form I-693 by mail, after filing your Form I-485, to the location specified in your most recent communication with USCIS (for example, a Request for Evidence letter from USCIS). Submit Form I-693 in person, at an interview in a USCIS field office (if an interview is required)."

What kind of bona fida evidence did you submit? What's their problem with how you met? How much face to face interaction have you had?
Having a baby just to "prove" that you're in a relationship doesn't prove anything. Anyone can have a baby with anyone. And that's a very very bad reason for having a baby.
