Depends on local office: Speed for FP and interview varies. Also, some local office does same day oath, some accumulate applicants and do oath in bulk.
I've found that holidays would delay few days to little bit over a week. Mine was delayed by Memorial Day and Independence Day, depends on my luck, may get delay by Labor Day as well.
