Congratulations
it definately feels like you are getting closer to the peak

Well our petition took a whole year to be approved.
and then an entire 4 months to be sent to the NVC after approval and after we contacted the state senator to find out where our case is.
Something iw ould have done sooner is get senator involved within the first 6 months of USCIS stage when case was not approved and outside processing deadlines

Definately a good sign,
next thing is an interview letter in the email.
look forward to it.
just got our this week!

You have to list their names, it would not hurt for you to send in a copy of your divorce decree simply to notify them.
You will be required to send the originals with your DS230 at the NVC stage.

Being a citizen does not mean definately having a passport.
If you are a born citizen, you are a citizen but don't have a passport.
Thus passports are merely traveling forms of Identification and the date you took your oath is the official citizenship date.

If she has overstayed she is definately better of staying further and adjusting the status for sure in my opinion

Wow thats great news!!!!
Hearties congrats

You never properly filed the petition from what I understand. Form G-325A is part of the initial application.
I am really sorry to hear that, but having a chance to appeal is definately not the end!
Best of luck

Definately contact embassy. There might be a possibility that NVC accidently never sent it out!
-
Best of luck!!

so you finally got it.
the more you long for something the more impatient you get,
playing devils advocate, try to be more patient, as you still have waiting games ahead of you.
best of luck the upcoming process.

Not per my personal experience. Just like they say for postal services, within 7-10 business days, where as its usually 2-3 or 4 if a sunday falls between, just like that your review should be done within 2 weeks maximum!
I feel this is like one of those situations where you keep looking at the clock and it seems like every minute is an hour long. And like morning when you don't even have a second to spare and look at the time, the time flies like light!
So dont' stress over it. its gonna happen before you know it!

A new life is truly a gift of God. Right now your mere focus should be to remain calm and relaxed, rather stressed and worried. Definately everything will happen for the better. If the babies father is meant to be around when he enters the world, nothing can stop him. And if not, then nothing within human power will bring him there. Things are working out, you have a new addition to the family, make the most of it.
And most importantly, Congratulations! Wish you have a beautifuly and healthy baby!

No cool gadgets are necessary, they will simply add on to the weight of shipping the documents.
If they are different sizes, its ok. My marriage certificate was quite larger then the regular paper, so i aligned it from the top and simply folded it at the bottom so it look neat and like the same size.
If you dont, i don't think its really a biggie or that it matters.
Just make sure you have all the documents together.

Hey great news! Congrats!!!
Wish you best of luck!

Hmm, if you case was completed in April, technically its been over two months, and it should not take them that long to schedule an interview. Definately if they are slow, the interview could be scheduled for hypothetically December, but can't take so long to schedule an interview.
Try calling NVC and talk to a supervisor, also call the embassy and ask whats taking so long!
-
For those for whom this has not worked out, usually the case is not shipped right after your case is closed. Nor is it shipped right after the interview date is set.
Our case was closed on May 27th and interview date was set on June1st for July, however, case is still with NVC.
Even though NVC had told me the case gets shipped out right within 2 days after the interview date has been scheduled.
So if you wish to track it, the best thing is to find out when case has been shipped from NVC and then track it

You definately have the one year time frame to get back, so if you take a little vacation in between, here and there, its really no biggie!

Oh yes, and RFEs, if you have submitted your email information to NVC, you can check your notifications through email...as I got 2 RFEs and I knew about them through my email probably even before AVR or operator.

Hey hey! Congrats and Best of Luck for the interview
-
thanks for all your wishes guys!
and best of luck to those still waiting for the process to complete! Hopefully it will be a breeze!!
