they do oaths Tuesdays at 2pm so if she is done by 11-1130 she could make it

i dont knnow what to say....i have a wierd feeling about it...
first i waited over an hour until i got called in..then the officer finally called me and swore me in and went over my adress and dates and so on..then he asked me that iam not together with my husband anymore and why..so i told him the hole story and started twice crying because it still hurts a lot..so after that he asked me how long we knew each other before we got married and i told him 3 month ..i said i know it was short but i was so in love and i really thought i found my soulmate...and he said well ur marriage was really not that long and i said yes but what am i suppose to do with a guy who beat me...and he said then yes the removal would be simpler if u file together and i said u know i know that a lot people stay married on the paper to get the greencard but iam not a lyer iam a honest person and the truth set u free..so i go the right and legal way here..
i said i know iam here to prove that my marriage was in good faith but how should i prove love...i can just tell u that i loved my husband from my hole heart and iam still sad that it not worked out...so he said u will hear from us in 30 days and i asked him if he can tell me how it looks for me and he said well he needs to look over this case and he will give then the reccomandation..and i asked how will this reccomandation look like and he said he can not say that yet because he needs to look over the file,that was it..now i can wait and pray...
hope everything will work out..what are ur thoughts to that guys?

i never thought i would post in this section but bad luck catched me:-(
so my situation looks like that
i got my conditional greencard in march 2009...in begin of summer my husband turned to be a completly a***hole
he drunk to much he was lying all the time and in the end he attacked me physical...
my mom in law helped me to find another place so i moved out end of august..iam a state employe have a job
and get along pretty well...
i hoped the last month that my husband will change and will try to make a rehab and see a shrink but he didnt..he put all the blame on me
and iam the one who screwed the marriage up...so i guess there is no chance of getting back together..he is not even talking to me anymore..
so i filed for divorce and will be divorced at begin of january...
i wanna file I751 then...
so iam thinking about the evidence now..i can not file the abuse waiver because i have no police reports..he attacked me twice and threatend to
me if i call police he will kill me and i was to affraid...
so i plan to file the regular 751 with check the box marriage entered in good faith but failed..
the thing is i dont have really a lot evidence
at the interview we brought some pics ( 10)
and join bank accounts,car incurense
and 1 affidavit...
we didnt have any kind of ultilitie bills or rent contracts because he parents are paying everyhting
so thats what i have
copies of the join bank account
car incurence with both names
vet bills and farrier bills in both names
letters on both of us
affidavits from friends who are confirm what he did
also affidavit from mom in law
and i wanna write a statement by myself and tell my side of the story
and i hope that the fact that i work for the state helps me too...
so u think iam ok??
