Hi everyone!

I already posted something about these questions but i didn't really get the answers i needed.

Thanks in advance for taking some time to answer my questions.

1) Records of immunizations: Is my vaccination booklet enough?

2) Vaccinations: Do i need to get those done BEFORE the medical examination? Or will they give me the shots at the medical exam?

3) Police certificate: Do i need to get one from EVERY city i lived in since im 16? I've always lived in the province of Quebec, if i go to my local police station i'll be ok?

Hi Audrey,

1-2) That's what I brought to the medical, it was enough. I had to get a booster (Tetanos) and had it for free at my regular doctor...

3) Some SQ stations can provide you with a Police certificate, most do not offer this service. See: http://www.formulaire.gouv.qc.ca/cgi/affic...006&table=0

I went to a private place, cost me $25. Message me if you want the details, I'll search for the address.

We didn't get a letter snailmail, but we did get an email with the letter's contents via PDF... I presume a printout would be fine? Yvo's medical appointment is Monday, so that's all I can really get for her...

I did the Electronic processing and I brought a printout of the PDF, no problem

Hmmm...they DO typically want the letter.

It might be on its way to you via snail mail. But I would call NVC again and ask if they can somehow arrange to have it resent.

They did ask for my letter and they made a copy too...

However, it was super easy to get an appointment and I could have gone pretty much any day up to a week before my interview.

Hopefully all went well despite the little delay...
