1.What's your name (name using my married name)
2.What's your address?
3.Where did you get married?
4.What's the reason why i love my husband
5.What's my phone number?
And most of the questions is based on the forms the you filed.
Questions for Hubby:
1.What's my parent's name?
2.Brother's name (she was asking while looking at the pictures)
3.What is the reason why hubby loves me.(heheheh)
