  1. Is it just me or are there still some November filers out there that are still having difficulty checking their case online with the same error msg? I haven't been too worried about it since we've already received our NOA1 however I've noticed that December k1 filers are able to check theirs?? :unsure:

    Yes, we are still getting the error message too! I check everyday 2 -3 times a day and have called and get the same error message. I have not even gotten a hard copy of the NOA1. Understanding that since I am working overseas at the moment there is the slight possibility it has not been

    forwarded to me yet. I called and talked to a customer service representative and they were of NO help at all. Told me I would have to wait at least 6 months before I could request them to check on the status. We are very frustrated with this whole system and it is just getting started.

  2. I have a question for you guys. I sent the I-129F package via DHL on 28 Oct 08. It arrrived at VSC on 3 Nov 08 and the check was cashed on 5 Nov 08. I have yet to recieve a NOA1 hardcopy and each time I try to check the status online I get the same error messages that others mentioned earlier.

    Tomorrow will be 1 month since the check was cashed. Shouldn't I have something by now or at least be able to check the status online?
