A report of marriage is for the Philipine government. It nust be filed to allow you to apply for a Filipino passport for your children.

Find a local Filipino store and get one of their large shipping boxes. Pack that puppy to the brim and ship it for one low cost. Sent one last Christmas that took to people to lift!!! Cost me $80 pack in ANYTHING!!!
