should i be worried..there are no touches for my AP and EAD...

and i had my bio last nov 18 but no more updates anymore and i can see in the timeliness from others, they have their EAD and AP already..how sad

yes i did include my I-693. i used the service of Dr. Arnold and my local ASC office is in Detroit

since the bio no touched after that.oh well, start of waiting again

my interview was april 7 and i received the visa packet april 15...it took a week because it was holiday at that time

I just realized that Tom Bradley International Airport is quite (???) far from LAX 's terminal 6 -- from where I need to board for Houston... (pls refer to the picture I have attached)

to peeps who experienced the same thing who arrived at Tom Bradley int'l then needs to go to a LAX certain terminal,

Did you guys walked or took a cab? Any suggestions?

I just fee that its quite far to walk with all the baggage and stuffs.

I used google earth to project the distance and I saw that there are covered overpass to the next terminal.

i went to SLEC around 1 pm and i was done before 5 pm

my interview was set for April 7,09..and had my medical april 1 and i was told to be back april 3..

after the interview, i didnt receive white slip thinking that the US embassy might not have my results yet but i was happy to know that i was given pink slip

just a question..we received our NOA 1 for AOS,EAD and AP last Oct 8 and up until now i havent received anything yet the schedule of my biometrics. Is it okay to call them or just wait another week for the letter to arrive?

when i applied for SSN i used my married name already and the officer told me that they have to verify first the information and added that it will take 3 months..but after a month i received a noticed that my SSN will arrived 2 weeks after and it did

you will be fine as long as your information are all correct. my visa too had a wrong information. they misspelled my then fiance's middle name..

i was able to get through easily..had my POE at LAX-Cincinnati-Detroit.

based on my experience, when i had my interview last April, my then fiance was laid off from work since October of last year so basically i was really worried about it. at that time he was also receiving unemployment pay. looking at his ITR for 2006, 2007 and 2008, hes getting way above the poverty level.

since you just got your NOA1i suggest to look for a job, im sure there is still time
