    Another touch on AOS again, today Sunday...but no EAD/AP yet :(

    right after my case was transferred to CSC i got an overwhelming touches for AOS but no AP and EAD but after 2 weeks my AP and EAD was approved..

    so dont worry much :)

    thanks mhaze for your reply. if im not wrong, on your timeline it looks like your AP and EAD was approved after more than 2 weeks of the transferred? i've just got lots and lots of touches on AOS after RFE replied but nothing ever happen to EAD and AP..kinda weird. -_--_-

    yeah..sorry about that..i was thinking from biometrics to approval..my bad..i didnt think from the day it was transferred :)

    congratulations everyone for the approvals..

    and i would like to share something as well :)

    aside from the fact that i was dancing under the snow earlier since its my first time..we got an update from USCIS..

    Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

    Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

    On December 8, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before receiving your card, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

    i was just confused..today i received a notification from USCIS that my EAD is ordered when just last Dec 3, i also got a notification about this.

    any idea about this?

    I think those multiple emails happen a lot. I got three EAD emails: two card production emails and then one EAD approval email. Just part of their processing.

    Just got my "White" Green Card !!!! It's so "beautifil" !!! wowowowowowow

    Also got the "Welcome Notice Section: Fiance (e) Adjustment COA:CF1 " Letter :lol:

    should i be worried..there are no touches for my AP and EAD...

    and i had my bio last nov 18 but no more updates anymore and i can see in the timeliness from others, they have their EAD and AP already..how sad

    Hey mhaze, You shouldn't be worried. i did my biometrics on nov 13 and still now i haven't got my EAD card. were almost in the same situation. waiting and waiting.... Lets just hope this week will be good to us.

    yeah i hope so.. :) we dont have any choice but just to wait...
