Go back and think of what additional evidence you can provide -- joint lease, photos, written affidavits from friends/family that verify the strength of your marriage, etc. etc. Hard to read your prior post.
The Stokes interviews are tough on couples who may not pay that much attention to each other's habits. Perhaps you won't need to endure that.
Just remember, THEY are in charge and will be on the lookout for any evidence that you two aren't serious, that you resent USCIS for asking, that you feel that you have a right to the green card.

Virginia accepts the NOA1 to get the learner's permit, whether or not you have an unexpired visa. The actual driving license is valid for as long as your EAD is valid.

Once you get your evidence together, find a friend who can store it for you. Don't be concerned about his threats -- he has an abusive personality. If you haven't already found a place to live, it's time to make the move and get him out of your life. Catholic Charities is a very good resource if you need advice on becoming a permanent resident. There are also legal aid societies everywhere, with different names, that have domestic relations lawyers available to help on the divorce.
Get a blood test to be sure you haven't been exposed to HIV.
With your green card, you are free to visit your family in Canada to take a short break and to let them help ease your transition to freedom from this lout.
    Good luck!!!

Even 50 pages is probably far too much, in addition to the required forms. As soon as you submit, if it is in a binder, it will be removed and the binder discarded. Paper clips for different parts would work best, with a colored paper cover sheet for each saying what that batch includes. The paper pushers will bless you!!!
You can keep all the unsent papers to carry with you for the interview, if one is requested.
    Good luck.

Why do you need to know where she spends the summer? It's over with, don't even be curious about her whereabouts. Tell your mom also....you don't even want to hear about her from your mom.

You got the advice you requested. What are these other issues all about? Be prepared to be regarded as an alien when you are in the U.S., and when that happens, don't take it personally or as some kind of insult. If you don't thicken your skin, then maybe you and your fiance need to have a long conversation.

Does justashooter live in Galveston, TX by any chance? If so, he knows the horrible story of Dymond Millburn, a 12-year-old black girl who was an honor student. While helping her parents in their back yard, she was accosted by four plainclothes cops who accused her of prostitution. She ended up with serious injuries, and was charged with resisting arrest. The charge was thrown out of court just a couple of weeks ago. This is an example of the attitude toward blacks that justashooter and NOVA redneck seem to have:

NoVa Redneck and Justashooter do represent a subculture in the U.S. Perhaps there needs to be a VJ forum devoted to those in their subculture so they can debate all they want.

What is the answer that you WANT to read? From one perspective, it can be said that you want to remain the person you were before marriage. Viewed this way, he has the status of a guest in your house. A guest is not expected to comment on the accommodations, but be thankful for them. From another perspective, there is no indication that you enjoy one another's company. That is like having a houseguest who has overstayed his welcome. From yet another, he is abusive toward you by being a chronic complainer and full of put-downs. He doesn't know the meaning of the word respect.
If there is no marriage except occasionally in bed, and you are getting on one another's nerves, and there is no one who can help the two of you talk it through, then go your separate ways without looking back.
You give no indication of where your visa journey has taken you. Does he have his green card yet? Does he work outside the home? Those things count in trying to offer advice.

In general, I feel Valsu may be on the right track, at last, but he certainly has a long way to go. Maybe his wife can help him, if she is willing. Or maybe not, especially if he remains so self-centered and dominating.
His thought patterns, as expressed in his language, reflect a cultural attitude toward one's wife that is found in the Old Testament, which he quotes all too freely. In some parts of the world, a bride is still being sold by the father to the right bidder no matter how she might feel about it.

Have you ever considered Adult Children of Alcoholics as a resource for your own behavior patterns? No matter how things work out with your marriage, you owe it to yourself to open your eyes to how much you are driven with the need to justify yourself to others and to control the outcomes around you. In the presence of others with the same handicapping situation, you may experience the healing in the way that God provides for it -- people helping people.

What a sad, sad story. Your wife did not have fraud in mind, it is clear to me. Sad to say, your story suggests also that you did not have in mind the full responsibility of a Christian marriage partnership. Nothing happens in that marriage except when it is your will. Whoever heard of taping conversations except as a way to control people? What spouse knows how much cash the other carries at any given time? You may be a micromanager at work (perhaps for good reason) but you can't micromanage a marriage. A slave expects to be micromanaged, treated like a robot, and I suppose that's why she used that word.
Now you seem to understand the emotional side of a miscarriage, but where was your mother/advisor when that happened? Private school tuition versus the fee for a fertility test? You've invested in a local business already? Marrying immediately was a great idea, for then it would be possible to get going with the EAD and AOS. Why didn't the applications get submitted right away, as in first things first?
The whole act of hunting down your wife is also questionable, and one more evidence of your wish to be in control of everything around you.
As someone else observed, you need to get your priorities straight for the sake of your kids, your wife, and your own well-being. No doubt your pastor would agree.

If she decides to take the risk and remain here illegally, the likelihood of being deported is very small. The ICE has bigger fish to fry than to track down eveyone who overstays a visa. It might even be difficult, if not impossible, to get a marriage license because some states nowadays are doing their part to deny privileges to illegal immigrants. None will grant her a drivers' license.

I hope your husband is running interference for you....not leaving it up to you to go through all the hoops and such, absorbing some of the stress himself. If he is a student, does his university have a hospital? A staff of doctors/nurses? They are resources in this search.

In Virginia, at least, and probably many of the states, a full divorce can be granted without the other party signing anything. The intention to divorce is sent to the other party with a date by which that person must respond. If there is no response at all, the case is settled. In some states, a one-year physical separation is required and in others, six months. Without a divorce decree, filing for removal of conditions would be difficult, I'm sure.

In that case, based only on the information you DID provide, the USCIS would deny removal of conditions to your GC. Why? You used your visa to come here already knowing that you would not have a bona fide marriage. You have not had a real marriage since arriving here; even a divorce will not help you get your permanent green card. It's sad.

Since the marriage is about to end, you should not feel guilty by withdrawing the support agreement at all. You are not responsible for his future and can't be worrying about it beyond the divorce. Let him find his own way to stay in the U.S. The Nigerian scammers seem to have that figured out, based on personal experience with a friend; ICE won't act so don't hope it will.
