    No reply from NVC yet.It's been 10days not including weeekend.i am worried i didn't send it correct.Just put title OPTIN,attched DS-3032,write biodate as email body.

      subject OPTIN GUZ2013xxxxxx , must have case # there. suggest you call NVC, get a supervisor, ask them to find your opt in email.
