  1. Thanks! Last question is, for "Immigration Status at Your Last Arrival" should be B-2 or F-1? I arrived on B-2, but changed status to F-1 here. The reason I ask is, when I pull up I-94 info on CBP website, it shows F-1 with the new I-94 number, but expiration shows only 6 months (F-1 is valid for Duration of Status). This is the sequence: 1. Entered on B-2 2. Change status to F-1 here 3. Overstayed the visa since 2004 I'm guessing B-2 at arrival and "No Status" for current status?
  2. What about the I-94 number? Which one should I use, the one the gave when I entered the country, or the new one when they approved my F-1 visa?
  3. I'm filing I-130, I-485, and I-765 concurrently. The I-130 was filed online in February and I'm filing I-485 and I-765 right now. All three forms ask for I-94 number, but I-130 and I-765 ask for I-94 on arrival, whereas I-485 asks for the most recent I-94. I entered on B-2 visa then changed status to F-1 here, so I got a new I-94 with the F-1 approval. I already put in old I-94 number (on arrival) on I-130, how should I fill out I-485 and I-765? Also, on I-765 asks for Passport Number of Your Most Recently Issued Passport, but the instructions for I-765 says, "enter either the passport or travel document information in the appropriate space on the application, even if the passport or travel document is currently expired." Does that mean I have to enter passport number I used when entering US, which was expired, or the new one I renewed with my country's consulate here?
