On the g325a it asks fathers and mother maiden name well her father changed his last name to her mothers family name so should i still put his old family name down or should i put the same last name for both parents?

i Have a quick question what should i just Put N/A in the STATE OR PROVINCE for a address that is in Japan any help would be great and do you really need to have a separate piece of paper for meeting in person or can you just fill it in the little box that give you regarding question 18

hello all i am very thankful for everyone that has helped me out in answering my questions it is nice to see everyone helping each other out! my first question is what do i send the first packet in? A regular envelope? on the 129 they ask for my fiance abroad address some of you have already helped me out on what to fill in on the first part but she lives in japan, japan does not have states or providences should i just put none for that? and my last question i received my birthcertificate today from my mother but at the time of my birth my father did not put his name on it so i have his age and where he is from but no name is this going to be a problem you think?

hey i have a question i am from illinois and i am living in japan right now i had to have my mom send me my birth certificate at first she sent me the short form which i know was wrong so i called her and asked her if she could go to the courthouse and get a copy of the long form but there is nothing on the back side of it i know it says that you need a copy front and back but if there is nothing written on the back is this the wrong birth certificate?

well i am in the airforce stationed in misawa japan. I have a question about the Japanese address system i was wondering if anyone could help me on formating it to western style address. I am starting the process of filing the I-129 and when it ask for her address it ask for number and street, Apt#, town or city, state or country and zip code. Now i am confused where to put in the information of her address

033-0021 - postal code

Japan

if anyone could specific details on how i can file the I-129 with the correct address it would be great
