Update at NVC on the DS260. The I130 is about the petitioner not the beneficiary. The only thing that has to happen was  that  the beneficiary’s  address on the I130 was correct at the time of signing.

It seems it is happening to everyone. I just have to expect a slow turnaround at this time and wait patiently. Does anyone know if the online applicant who filed after me can get his 400 processed before me because my 912 takes time to be processed first? Just curious.
