Anything new that you have proving marital bona fides is good to add, however I would gather a few months of utility bills, a few months of joint account statements, etc., combine them into a single PDF with the new lease and upload them all together

This 👆👆 However it won't hurt to bring updated supporting evidence of your financial ability to support your spouse with you such as, paystubs or any W-2s / Tax Return Transcripts that were generated between the time you filed and the time of the interview. We uploaded our most recent Tax Return Transcript before the interview and the officer looked at it in their system and thanked us for uploading it.

    Quicjk update:

Per my last post, we waited until noon on Monday the 18th for the letter explaining why our form was rejected, then we resubmitted.  Same form as last time with updated dates of our signatures and  I did change sectionb 8 to include my full name, sent same evidence, used a different CC.  Received acknowledgement of receipt and receipt number within 24 hours.

Once (if) we receive the letter from the rejection, I will update this thread for posterity to hopefullyhelp someone avoid whatever mistake it was we made the firs time.

Please also remember that Administrative Processing (Background Checks, document verification and now Social Media review) is mandatory for all visa types and many embassies will "Refuse" under 221g until that AP is finished

Should I upload the new lease and utility bill to my USCIS account?

Sounds like they have doubts about the ability for the government to collect from the joint sponsor if needed.  I would find a different, well-qualified joint sponsor asap.   Submit all the required documentation for the new joint sponsor.  Yes, they can and will, without hesitation, deny you if you do not sufficiently answer the RFE.  This is not a time to hesitate.  You get one shot.

A denial will mean resubmitting a complete new package and a new payment.....hopefully before they an NTA.

The best advice about the CFO that Jaycel said she got. from here on VJ by the way (thank you VJ Family!), was to bring all of the evidence of your relationship that you sent to USCIS and brought to the embassy and be very familiar with it because they will go through it all and ask you questions about it. Be honest with the counselor and pay attention to the seminar part because they will ask you questions to see if you were paying attention. Most important, be polite but FIRM with the counselor that you are 100% confident in your fiancé, that you know him and love him and that you are ready to begin your life with him in the US. Be confident in your relationship because it will show the counselor that they can issue the certificate without worry.

Not only must he disclose the offenses in the I-129F petition he must include copies of his court dispositions with all the other evidence he sends or he will likely get an RFE which will delay the case. Also, you need to be prepared to talk about it during the embassy interview because they may ask you about it to see if you are aware AND you need to be prepared to talk about it during the CFO because they are mandating FBI criminal background reports of almost all US Citizen Petitioners of K-1 Visa Holders now. I believe the one you should prepare for the most is the CFO questions because the embassy's consular officer is going to basically just make sure you are aware of the charges. The CFO counselor is going to ask you a lot more questions about it. So get comfortable discussing it.

I agree with both statements above. I can share a datapoint: when my wife naturalized (NY State) and she changed her name, the ceremony was held on the same day with the naturalization certificate issued on the spot. The court document with the name change came a few days later through the mail.

Well, in general, I'd say yes.  A few I-751s are processed fast, while others (such as ours) take a long, long time.  Our I-751 took 44 months...we filed in March 2019....approved in December 2022...with no RFEs......weird, but true.
