Hello,

I am looking for help. if anyone can help, please do.

My wife's case has now been out 15 months and we havent heard any response.

I dont know what to do

I have:

called so many times that they told me not to call back for 6 months ( i have names and badge numbers of everyone I have spoken to for 15 months now)

written my senator

visited with an attorney

written several letters to USCIS

etc.

I dont see anything else I can do. Currently, I am writing letters to both my senators and my representative, my governor, and the governor of california where my case is still waiting.

MY wife's case was transferred to the california service center on october 7 2008. and we have not heard anything back since then. every time I call, they just give me the round about. I can never get any answers. I am very frustrated. I cant even get any information, or know whats going on because no one seems to know.

we received her work permit card and now it is about to expire in about a month and a half, ad we still have heard nothing on our case.

is there anything I can do?

is there anyone i can talk to?

what would the reference be that i would track it?

Hiii .. first you need to know if the NVC has your case yet..call them and inquiery ... if they have they might tell you your new case number... with the initial letter for your consulate ... and after whe they tell you have left there you go at DHL.com is the courier they use to deliver the files ... and you check track by reference ... and you have to know more or less when it has left from NVC ...exemple.. february 22th ... and you put like that ...

EXP 22 FEB 2008A and put a range date like i dont know.. 5 days ... and will show up all the packages all countrys... and it is one single package put the weight varies soo..is there you know they have a lot of petition in one single package... really works !!!! mine is there ...coming to brazil...
