    Okay guys,
    I have re-arranged the list and is going to the guide now.
    Secondary Evidences of the bona-fide marriage
    Though USCIS and Consulate are liberal to the petitioner's and beneficiary's marital relationship from certain countries, it is stricter to some other countries. So, if you feel you need more evidences, please use the samples below.
    Some of them may not be applicable to you. Also, if you have any other evidence that is not listed, please feel free to add it.

    LotofPatience got a reaction from Mara0899 in Why there is such a long wait for I-130 be approved for imm relatives?
    There are 2 service centers named CSC and VSC. CSC employs 1010 I-130 adjudicators and VSC employs 505 I-130 adjudicators.
    In the U.S, every year there are 750,000 I-130 petitioners say all are USC petitioners. They send their package to Chicago Lock box. TLA for it, let's say CLB. CLB checks the load of each SC and forwards it to them. Say 500,000 went to CSC and 250,000 went to VSC.
    Always at a particular time, 10 employees in CSC and 5 employees of VSC are on vacation since they are humans. Now let's do a math again. Balance employees in CSC is 1000 and in VSC 500.
    A Quiz - How many petitions each CSC and VSC employee gets for an equal distribution?
    Ummmmm... Nobody answers. Let me calculate. CSC employee gets 500 and VSC employee gets 500.
    Some of the employees in each SC are hardworking. What does that mean? They don't smoke, don't go to pantry so often and do not discuss about their dogs and cats at office. They process 5 petitions a day. Those hardly working employees process 4 petitions a day.
    Now another quiz! How many working days in a month? Take out 4 Sat, 4 Sun and 1 or 2 holidays. Let's assume 20 working days.
    During this process, some name checks are initiated. This is really not a spelling check. First name, Last name, DOB etc. are fed into another system and they get an output. Some names bleed, some not. Sometimes, some innocent names also bleed. Bleeding names will be hospitalized to get some more cure. Non-bleeding ones come back to the SC.
    Ok! Now out of non-bleeding ones, some missed to include a previous divorce decree, some included a copy of marriage certificate which not clearly readable, so on an so forth. Now the employee is interested to see those originals. They issue another sweet TLA named RFE. Some petitioners will respond immediately to this RFE. Some may be on vacation or busy getting some of the documents from various sources.
    Ok, final quiz! How many months it takes for a petition to be processed? Let's take a ball park.
    Hard working employee gets 500 petitions and 20 working days in a month and process 5 per day. To process a petition on an average takes 5 months! Oh boy! This doesn't mean the first petition is processed on day 1. Since previous petitions are in his/her queue. Hence the term - recurring process!
    Hardly working employee gets 500 petitions and 20 working days in a month and process 4 per day. To process a petition on an average takes more than 6 months! Oh geez!
    Finally they take a cumulative average and put in this website: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processingTimesDisplay.do

    Fianceevisa,
    Previous 221g will NOT be an issue. That's totally a different visa issue and that chapter is closed.
    There are some red flags that you need to overcome, because it is a very rare situation for an Indian to go for a mixed marriage like this. Parents' disapproval is not an issue. Language is also not an issue since you can coomunicate in English with her. However, you need excessive evidence to show the "bonafide relationship" with your fiancee to overcome some red flags (Age difference and mixed race).
    These excessive evidence must be in a progressive way how the relationship is evolved. Gather all documents from day 1 until the interview such as online meeting details, her visit (passport stamps), chat history, phone history, hotel receipts, vacation details, gift details, greeting cards in all occasions, mingling with her family if possible, just to name a few.
    Start with K1 Finace visa by filing I-129F as Anh Map suggested. If there is any issue, get married and file I-130 for IR1/CR1 path.
    Good luck!

    Once NVC receives your package, they need to enter it into their system - 10 to 14 days
    Then they need to review it, SIF and CC - 10 to 14 days
    Interview scheduling depends on the workload of your Consulate.
    I saw that yours in London Embassy - If yes, another 1 to 1.5 months time after NVC CC.

    well with NOA2 and networking since ther is lot of corruption w/ out it u hold a slim chance to get things done on time yet I took 21 business days for us.
    Basically the district police sends written request to regional police. So, hubby offered to take the request to regional police thn the regional police took couple of days n again he offered regional police to deliver paperwork back to district police. After tht a day or two passes by again n long wait at police station throughout the day not a very good place to be get bitten by mosquitoes etc.
    Then, police superintendent finally signs but now clerk who is suppose 2 mail to passport office takes time by delaying it futher by day or two.
    Finally, it reaches passport office they take another week to open the damn mail n to process another 2 days.
    Since thy don't give in person its another week to for them to courier n thn finally u receive it at home.
    Pointers. Start this process couple of weeks b4 NOA2 arrives n its a must to have some sort of connection n its must bear extra expenses such as pen 4 them to sign, photocopies of your docs apparently the police sold all the plain paper that govt give thm, n lastly n most important of all have PATIENCE to tolerate ther ####### n mosquito bites n be prepared 2 c drama of ppl tht come at police station.
    Getting PCC was 1 of worst part of this process. Thank God I wasn't ther bc I don't havt tht much patience.

    SAVE database will be updated in 15 working days after POE. That's 3 calendar weeks. That's why I told you to hold 3 weeks after POE.
    It is nothing but the POE information transmission to process the SSN.

    Good Tany
    ~~~~~Rant begins~~~~~
    I expected at least 3 to 6 inches snow from yesterday night. But today is mostly sunny in my area. So, my plan to make a snow man is completely screwed up! So, what would I do during my this free slot? Only thing I can do is just to pray, please bring the weekend so fast! But, I heard some people who are still in NVC hate weekends! So, for them, I pray again to bring Monday so fast
    Malvika, Since there is no wink after hot and chilli, I would presume it is regular paratha and some red sauce. Malvika, you're close to Jackson heights
    Now, if you add wink over there, still NY is a good option I think somebody posted some bed or pillows in the previous page (It is wink!)
    Now I got it, cutiezoe
    Your employer applied EB based GC for you. These are the steps:
    1) Employer will file a Labor certification for you with Dept. of Labor here first
    2) Employer will file I-140 - employment based petition for you
    3) Since you are outside the U.S, there is no Adjustment of Status. So, it will be routed through NVC to the Consulate for Consulate interview - EB based GC.
    Since your PD is not current, now you are stuck in 3rd stage, but already completed first 2 stages.
