I am pretty sure that the address on  I-129F is correct.

Hello, I have mailed out my K1 application on Mar, then I  have received the text confirmation on Apr 2, said my case was received and also provide  my Receipt number , check has been deposited on Apr 4.

However, I am still not received Form I-797C by the mail until now. Anything I can do now?

Since you have your case number you can rest easy knowing it's in the system. Try not to worry about the I-797C. It won't delay your case any that you haven't gotten it. 

I don't remember how long it took for me to receive mine, but it felt delayed too.

Do my fiancée and I need to write and sign separate copy of each, or just one statement？

1 : My Fiancée is a chinese citizen, her address is too long when translate to English, I had to write in another line which was supported to be the door number.
