    Hey everyone.. 3 weeks ago I signed up for the Selective service system (I sent the application by mail) but I havent heard anything back... I dont know if I just send it and thats about it or if im supposed to receive anything in the mail or something... anyways thanks for the help :)

    OK so TODAY I GOt frustrated because of all the waiting for my Greencard and How ironic that TODAY I called them to check my status and they said it is still in review stage! and just now I received an email saying that they have ordered card production UMMM I wonder if someone had forgotten to push the Approved button !

    It's been almost 4 months since I filed for AOS.. NO word on my Greencard! Should I get worried? should I call and ask what happened? :/

      hey thanks for your reply... I will update my signature.. I havent checked anyone elses timeline! i guess I should.. im worried they lost my medical exams or something :( .. or RFE? aaah I hope this process speeds up soon!

      Ooh no.. We dont receive a packet 3 from the embassy.. YOU have to email them with ur name, her name, days of birth and ur CRS number which is the one the NVC gave u.. Then after u email them they will email u back w ur interview date

      Haha it really was very accurate!! Oooh so that means i will get the card in the next phew days!!! Woooohooooo :) i thot it was gonna take longer :)

      Oh.. but the same?... I received one for my travel document and EAD on April 6th and now again I got one for my EAD.. I was happy it was for my greencard :(

    OMG what are the odds!!??? I JUST GOT MY BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT!!! .. lol WOOHOO

      I wish I could.. but I live almost 2 hours from Atlanta and thats where my appointment is... so I dont think its worth the hassle .. to go all the way there and have a high chance of being sent back home! lol

    is there a time frame after your AOS is transferred to CSC until you receive your Biometric apptment letter?

      Yes it does.. one more question.. is the work permit and travel authorization related to the biometrics? or is the biometrics appointment just for the greencard? ..
