AP_since_May2023 reacted to FJT in Physician Medical Exam in Singapore cant be reached
Yes I wasn't able to prove I had immunity and the dr decided to order the blood test.
I dont know if when the consulate receives it after Dr sends the results over. I imagine it was instantaneous since it was e-filling. When he was asking me a bunch of medical history questions, it was on a web platform so I imagine the Dr just had to submit through there. I suppose you can email the consulate for more concrete details

AP_since_May2023 reacted to jan22 in Interview Letter from Consulate after AOS submitted. Help???
It's possible, of course. But that requires USCIS to get the petition back from the Embassy. (And, once again, I don't think they filed the AOS just on the basis of their current visas -- not possible.)
An O-1 is a dual intent visa, so can kept and used as an NIV even while someone is pursuing permanent residency.

AP_since_May2023 got a reaction from bellez214 in Physician Medical Exam in Singapore cant be reached
From my understanding, this is not really a flat out denial. The officer just requires the above documents requested, before they can further process this case. Better to think of it like a temporarily denial, I guess.
1) Medical Report
2) PHIL (Philippines Police Certificate?)
3) SING PC (Singapore Police Certificate?)
4) Proof of Identity (and Name Change Document if she changed her names)
