    Yes, my husband was on a tourist visa. It looks like I-130 is the best option.

    Correct, he did not. He was in the US when we did an adjustment. I wasn't sure if the child would be eligible for one even if he didn't come in that way. He was on a tourist visa.

    My step-son has asked to come live with us in the US, he's in Mexico. I am a US citizen and my husband is currently in the US with a conditional GC. What options do we have? Quickest process time? Would our son qualify for a K4 visa?
