    DMV laws do vary from state to state....however, most allow a 30-day grace period for tourists and new arrivals. However, once you are settled in one place, get the license as soon as you can.

    It definitely sounds like a technical glitch.....if your money was not returned to your account and if the receipt menu stays as 'PAID' you should be good. But it doesn't hurt for anyone experiencing this to let them know so they can fix the problem.
