Hi Angie Y Shane & Jonbless,
I'm sorry to hear about to you. Actually, my case also almost close to a year, i.e. it will be a year this July 10th. I could understand how hard it is to be apart from the loved one... emotional swings, tears etc. but please never lose hope, okay! Indeed marriage is very sacred knot between two people. Keep praying to God!
Soon, very very sooon like number of days 'soon', God will approve our petitions, ameen!

Is there anyone else that have had the same experience like us, i.e. waiting for NOA2 for 8 months and more? What did you guys do?
mmm.. is withdrawing the petition at this point (after waiting ~ 8 months for NOA2) and try to apply it later through DCF is a good option?

Hi Vee,
Yeah, we are in the same boat. My husband sent I-130 on 06/29/06 and we received NOA1 07/10/07. And now we are still waiting for NOA2. We haven't received any response from CSC since then.
My husband contacted his senator after our petition became 7 months, but that senator wasn't really helpful. So last week, he contacted another senator and we are still waiting to hear from him.
I'm trying so hard now to keep my mind optimistic that our NOA2 will come soon!!!

Hi,
I'm a bit confused. Who actually will send the DS-3032 email to NVC, petitioner or beneficiary?
Thanks a lot!

First you will get the bill for the Affidavit of Suport for $70 The I864EZ is for those who meet the minimum income level on only salary and not having to use assets. Whichever form you will need, you can download it ahead of time and have it ready to go as soon as you get the barcode. The same for your spouse for the DS-3032. Once the DS-3032 is returned, then you'll get the $400 bill for the visa.
Hi,
My husband (USC) started working fulltime 2 years ago and before that, he was still in college, i.e. he was dependent. So, basically he started to be above the poverty line since the last 2 years, and before that when he was in college, i.e he was dependent. So should we find a joint-sponsor? Or can we just go ahead and use the I-864EZ form?
Thanks in advance.

Thank you Sarah, for your help, research etc to expedite. We're also going to look for this option and do some research about this. Hopefully our case will be approve soooon and won't reach 1-year waiting period
Again, thanks a lot we really appreciate it.
