I filed online today 05/05/2024. I immediately got my receipt notice and biometrics reuse notice (waiver) online. 

I’m in Chicago.

Usually they reuse fingerprints from their file, you dont need send fingersptint cards, i send my i-751 and they reuse my fingersprint, then i submit my n-400 and they also reuse my fingersprint .so i dont understand why you send fingersprint cards

Hi! Just wanted to update that I have submitted the AOS I-485 from k1 on January 7,2023 along with the I-765 and I-131 but won't be needing those forms to be approved because I just saw today that my I-485 has been approved without the interview on June 6,2023 so in 5 months! We're surprised to say the least.

In my case it did not affect my EAD,got an RFE Feb.23,March 21 they received my response and on March 30 my EAD was approved ,received my card first week of April.

I wondered if I (as the sponsor) needed to submit the divorce decree for my previous marriage because I didn't see any specific direction in the I-864 instructions or I-485 instructions to include it (of course I could have missed something). I also thought the fact we are submitting Form I-797 showing my fiancée was approved for a K1 visa meant that my marriage eligibility was already established and therefore, I didn't have to submit the divorce decree.
Based on your answer, I will include my divorce decree in the package I submit to USCIS. Thanks again for your help.

I-485, it is also a good idea to include forms I-765 and I-131 at the same time, with the I-485, in order to receive an EAD (work authorization) and Advance Parole (for travel outside the US with the ability to return) card, while waiting for the I-485 to be adjudicated.

IT already finished. My k1 visa was valid until Nov 21 - that's the deadline I had to get married. I married on Nov 2nd, working on my Adjsutment of Status package now. My question was about something different, namely, whether i can file -485 package straight away or need the i-130 approved first. We do have the 129f approved.

Thanks so much. I was really confused about this as the K1 visa and I-94 both expired so when I read about it online it says that the status would be considered "undocumented" but she came here legally through an airport and can still legally adjust from the K1, so is she undocumented? This is too stressful!
