Mine is the IR1

I have received my passport back and USA visa inside. According to US embassy gov there was supposed to be some sealed envelope that is meant for only a border patrol to open, but all I received was my passport and a piece of paper with instructions. Can I just drive to the nearest border crossing and finalize this or do I have to make an appointment? Also I was told there is one more fee of $220.00usd to be paid online? I am guessing I can do that even after I drive down to finalize! thanks for your help MM

I had my interview back in first week of August. All went well but I had to have one more form filled out by RCMP (privacy act). I have just received the form today and I am wondering how to send it. The letter with instructions says to visit the following website https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/iv then I am to look for instructions on sending documents to the consular section but I can’t find that anywhere on the website! can someone please help me find the section (sending documents to the consular) PS it also says if your case is electronic based you can submit on there as well, but I find that difficult to find as well under the website given travel.state/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-8-scan-collected-documents.html thanks for your help
