  1. Hello, they sent me 2 FE Rewiev messages today. First one "This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview." And the second one is "Please submit Kaeleigh's Evidence of Income." What should I do? Should I submit my wife's pay stubs or find a new sponsor? Please help me..
  2. Thank you again sir. Sorry about my dumbass questions. Looks like there's no option but filling I-864A. Should I have to provide co-sponsors 3 years w2 and 1040 or recent ones?
  3. Hello again.. Im still trying to fill out the I-864. So my wife's income isn't meets the limit. My brother will be my sponsor. He is married and has 2 kids. He doesn't pay taxes for his wife and his wife is working and her physical address is different than my brother. Can we type "0" to part 5 section 3 " " They're married but they're paying taxes separately.
  4. Thank you for your comment. Their combined income is $87,400. So his wife should send her w-2 or 1040? Or we should not count his wife because she is working?
  5. Hello everyone, I need some help. My wife couldn't meet the poverty guidelines so my brother will be my sponsor. My brother is married and has 3 children in his tax returns. His wife is working and she is paying her own taxes but they're living together. Also, my brother supported my cousin in 2019 he is a greencard holder right now. He typed his wife's income in part 6 section 8 (I-864). How should I fill the household chart? Should I count household size 7 or 6? Because he meets the limit by 6 not 7. Im stuck man please help. Thank you in advance.

My brother is living with his wife and 2 kids and meets the requirements. My brother paid my NVC fee's. They're working together in same restaurant for 6 years. What documents they have to fill? As I know, My brother and my wife has to file I-864 and my brothers W-2 is will be enough or 1040 and 1099 are necessary too? Thanks in advance.
