Well, I-797 expired after 18 months I got a stamp from USCIS in Jun 2021 on my passport so that could travel to see my parents, and I visited them in Nov 2021 for 5 weeks. Yes married, always living together at the same address till now, and filing taxes jointly, I do upload files every year in my USCIS documents. I had only one interview in Pakistan and at that base, they approved my CR1 visa. One thing is to remind you that I applied for removal of condition on my GC in Dec 2018, and on the 3-year condition I applied for N400 in Feb 2020, So it is a combo case in other words.

I applied for N400 in Feb 2020, Biometric was done the same month but still waiting. Online tools used in replying to messages they say waiting for a vacant spot to interview. Does anyone have the same situation?!!? Houston TX
