  7. Thanks for the information. I’m here with my elder brother who’s a British citizen. I also have an Italian residence as well
  8. My previous application wasn’t done in the United Kingdom, I moved to the UK late 2020 of the year and I’m not a citizen. I already have an appointment in July.
  9. I’m planning on explaining my current situation, what I do, duration of my research, collaboration and other side projects I’m working on as well as the long period of my residence

  11. I was refused in 2018 and 2019. I later realised my presentation was poor. I’m currently working on European funded project besides my PhD research and I have the grant letter as well.
  12. I was refused a B1/B2 in 2020 during my MSc degree without funding and was on a temporal research assistant term but currently I’m a PhD student with full funding and attending a conference in the US this September. I need help and guidelines to overturn my previous refusals. Anybody with such experience can help me thanks.
