Hello everyone, My husband has his interview scheduled at the embassy in mid March. I understand taxes for 2022 are not required until April 18th, but I wanted to double check on if we should submit those to CEAC because I have started a new job in January of 2023. Would I need to upload information about my new job such as paycheck stubs and my offer letter? If I do so, would I need to submit my W2 for 2022 and an updated i-864? Or would this be unnecessary because his interview is before the new tax year officially begins? Is it crucial either way to upload information about my new job? Basically, since I have a new job after submitting our documents to the NVC, should we include proof of that to bring to the embassy? Should we contact our embassy and ask them directly? I know we are overthinking, but we are so close to the end of this process and don't want to make a mistake! I really appreciate any feedback. Thank you all so much and best wishes!

Hello, On our online petition, I submitted one 2x2 passport photo of myself and one of my spouse. I also cropped them using the USCIS photo editor and they were approved. On the back of the photos, we each wrote our names (printed, not signed) and I uploaded those images of the backs of the photos against a black table. I did not use the crop tool on the backs of the photos with our names - should I have done this? I keep reading to submit two photos each, but does this mean two photos of our faces, or one photo of each of our faces and one of each of our names on the back? Thanks so much!

I was able to add the image of the back to my online application, definitely rather have it there just in case. Thank you for your reply!

Hello, I filed my i-130 online on May 29th, and I received my receipt online today with the IOE number. While reading about the K3 process, I noticed it said to put a copy of the back of the birth certificate, and I realized I only included the front of my long form BC plus the apostille form with that. Do I also need to take a photo of the back of my BC and upload that also, and is it too late to add it now if that is the case? Thank you all so much and best wishes, everyone!
