    Yes. I filled all the forms on Dec/2/2019, received PF on Jan/29/2020, I-765 was approved on Dec/30/2021(got 2 work permits) never understood why, and I-360 was approved on Feb/18/2022 and still waiting for them to transfer my case to my local office!.

    Has anyone send a case inquiry before? If yes, please help! I got my I-360 approved on February and they haven't transfer my case yet, I saw a few post that had them transferred within a week. On the USCIS website there's a case inquiry button but there's also a hotline Email for Vawa cases, how should I do it?

    Hi everyone!. I have a question… can you go to Vawa's interview when you are still married to the abuser? I've been trying to get a divorce and he won't sign it. I know I can get a contested divorce, but I can't afford $3,000 dollars, maybe more. If anyone has/had the same situation as me, please let me know!
