@Boiler no, I wasn't deported. i was denied entry at LAX.

@Boiler i have received interview instruction from my local U.S embassy and waiver wasn't in checklist they have sent me. i have requested to schedule my interview and notified them as i was told. Would U.S embassy tell me to submit waiver before they approve me to schedule?

Hello. i am applying K1 visa and it has come to an interview part. i was removed from LAX oct 2019. because they thought i worked on my tourist visa. i didn't know anything at the time, not to mention i was traumatized the way they treated me. i just signed everything. i was removed under 212(7) (A) (i)(I) with 5 years bar. now this is where i am confused. i did a lot of research and 212(7) (A) (i)(I) is not a bar apparently. But on my removal paper it says i have 5 years bar. where do i submit my I-212 waiver? to USCIS or my local U.S consulate during interview? Has anyone has same experience as me? please advice me. thank you so much
