I will try to be brief, so we submitted our I-129F For K1 Visa back on November 2021, few days later got the online notification that case was recieved and also the payment, all good here and we knew the waiting game was starting.
In March 2022 , got an update on the online tool for tracking which said that "Document Was Returned to USCIS" telling us that some document was tried to be mailed to us but was "undeliverable" , after this I used a tool of USCIS to file an inquiry with the issue and then added a new addres for the document to be mailed again, they responded some weeks later with an email telling me that they got the inquiry and that the document was gonna be mailed again, but its been more than a month and we havent gotten the letter which we assume is NOA1 , and also on the online tool for tracking, the status is still in "Document Was Returned to USCIS" .
My question is: What should we do? just wait till the letter gets to us? is it normal that its been more than a month and hasnt arrived? or should i contact them again?.
Timelines:
Filing and mailing I-129F with Payment : November 11 ,2021
Case recieved : November 17 ,2021
Document sent by USCIS: November 19, 2021
Notification of undelivarable : March 14, 2022
Me submitting the inquiry : March 31, 2022
USCIS reply to inquiry saying will try to deliver again: April 18, 2022
