    Passport status shows ready for pick up and visa status also shows issued. DHL says they don’t have the package yet and the email confirmation from consulate states that passport is ready for pick up at my personal home address. After the interview, I had to send additional info with a 221(g) through DHL in Takoradi before visa was approved and issued. I thought they only sent passports back to the DHL office? ’m confused. Please help.
