Before I went for my medical(about 3 1/2 years ago) I didn't have an immunization record..but I was told if I called public health(through the board of education) I could get copies...it took a little bit of tracking down the right office..but they found my school records and faxed it to me..just a thought being you have time before your medical.

I kept my front one on the front of my car!(in SC we only have rear plates) every time I see it there I smirk..hehe makes me think of the traffic I'm no longer stuck in!

hahaha I guess I should have been more specific..*the guy up the street* ... I meant a lawyer up the street from the lawyer who quoted me $100.00 so to sum it up..it was a lawyer for $30.00

I had a lawyer notarize a letter..just call around I had one office tell me 100$(gasp) and the guy up the street did it for 30! good luck
