    Congratulations on the approval.

Thanks for the information about the interview stage too. Could you let us know your PD and DQ date please? Just trying to get an idea of how long it it might be for me to get an interview at London Embassy.

    Thanks

Hello guys!!! My PD was August 2013 and my DQ was 5th Jan, 2022.

    What is your DQ?

Congrats!!!! Just wondering after you received the interview letter from NVC, did the glitch at ceac page resolved ahahaha.  Got my interview letter two days ago but everything on ceac page is still frozen af, our status still shows “at NVC” so it could be that we’re still in the glitch lollllll, I really need my ds260 printed and I’m anxious af rn ngl lolllll

Yeah mine is still frozen as at now but not too worries... They have different ways of viewing the documents.. Wish you all the best with your interview. The interview was more like  a chat so relax yourself.

Maybe you should call or email the US embassy at your local area about the DS-260 Confirmation slip issue....

3: Where does your petitioner lives in US?
4: What is your petitioner names?

Congrats your Visa has been approved.. All within 7 minutes.

Want to share good news that my brother got email from NVC for his IV at Montreal consulate on Mar 21,2022.

Seems like it is the NVC process, that when they initiate the case transfer from NVC to the consulate, this “Due to numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law …” message appears for short transitory period of time if someone logs into their ceac account. No email is sent till an interview has been scheduled.

Exactly... It was like that with me AND today i got my Visa approved in London.

Want to bet?  If "soon" means  2 years, then maybe.  Take a look at the visa bulletin.

I received similar stuff on my ceac page and i got my interview date within a week and some 3 others too as well.. So i am talking from experience.

Why there has never been such summary message ever since the cases has been DQ? My case for F1 category was DQ exactly a year ago and I have been receiving the auto message from NVC advising that the case is in line and waiting for an interview schedule from consular office. I just saw the summary today, and it wasn't there when I logged in before few days.

Meaning that your interview date is coming soon.. Your file is out on transition and you will definitely receive Immigrant appointment interview soon.. Fingers crossed.

Hi, F4 visa case here. The case has been DQ'ed since July 2020, and the priority date is Nov 2005. I recently logged into the ceac portal and this message came up "Due to the numerical limitations on immigrant visa issuance prescribed by law, this petition is not eligible for further processing at this time. The National Visa Center (NVC) will retain the petition until an immigrant visa becomes available. The NVC will notify the petitioner, principal applicant, or attorney of record when this petition is eligible for further processing. The principal applicant should not make any firm plans such as disposing of property, giving up jobs, or making travel arrangements at this time."

Does that mean that they already filled out the quota for F4 cases for the year?

So I have a question about changing our address, and which agencies we have to notify. Our I-130 has been approved and we have moved on from USCIS to the NVC. We  have submitted all of the paperwork for NVC. Both the NVC and the USCIS paperwork were at our current address, however things have changed and we will be moving soon. I understand I have to file a change of address with the NVC, however do I have to also file a change of address with USCIS despite our paperwork there being finished?

Nope NVC is perfect.. i changed addresses twice via the inquiry form and i got a reply from NVC after few weeks...

Hi guys DQ yesterday with a 16th November submission. But I am a little confused. We got the two emails and the one saying all documents accepted. Then on the Ceac page we have the message definitely saying Document Qualified. But all our submitted forms have gone to incomplete. But when I click on them it crashes the whole site and logs me out.

    Anyone had a similar situation?

The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas.

NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in LONDON, GRBR to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable)

I have that email to say all was acceptable so why does it say incomplete?

From my experience so far i believe you are DQ since you have received an email and also receiving a message on your CEAC  that you were DQ.... You are definitely DQ.

    Hi,
My brother and his family have been waiting for their interview at US consulate in Montreal since his DQ on Nov 27, 2019 under F3 category. His PD is Oct 9, 2007.

He was happy that he is almost there since the Montreal consulate started scheduling Nov 2019 interviews as of Feb 4, 2022 status online (https://ca.usembassy.gov/embassy-consulates/consular-operations-updates/)

However when he logged in to ceac site this morning, he sees this message (see pic). Do you know what is going on here? Is this normal before they schedule an interview? Does he need to take any action or just continue to patiently wait🤔😊

Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions in this situation!

    Hello ,

i received the same summary information this morning. i was DQed on 5th of January 2022 here in London. Please if you contact NVC can you kindly update me too... This is scary and i am panic right about now.

  14. Well i think it depends on individual Embassy. My Twin's brother got his documents approved in November from NVC and got his interview appointment in December in Taiwan (Taipei) and his visa was granted and travelled this last Monday to New Jersey, However i got my documents approved here in London in January 2022 and nothing yet from NVC or US Embassy in London. we're both in FB1 (unmarried sons of USC). So i think its down to your local embassy. It can be frustrating but just try and get busy with other stuff.. it would definitely come when time is right i believe.

    Good luck guys...

Please which Birthday Certificate did you summit? Because up till now i haven’t been DQed yet because they keep rejecting my Birth Certificate. Please assist me

I am also FB1 from London but my chargeable area is Lagos. I Submitted the small attestation birth certificate that i got from my local government in Lagos and it was accepted by NVC as well as my Twin who is now in the State.

I am DQed and i am waiting for my immigrant visa interview here in London.

Please go to your local government and ask for the small slip attestation birth certificate. I am 100% sure of that.

    Good luck....
