    Hi Everyone, we (thankfully) had our EAD expedite request approved on June 21st, using a pending job offer. They approved the EAD and threw the AP in approval with it. My question is, when should we expect to get the physical card? They took their sweet time reviewing the evidence, and are worried about not being able to start on time due to not having the physical card (Expected start date of July 10th).

    "The NVC is when things speed up!" smh I can't believe there is no public telephone line for the NVC. Does anyone know a better way to get a live person at the NVC?

    Have people in this group been getting the case creation letter yet? I had my NOA 2 on September 29th, but still haven't gotten a case number almost two months in.. Each time I email the NVC they say it has been 'recently received' but will not give me a date of receiving it.

    Finally getting somewhere! As someone in the 1175 group, this was good news. Maybe with a bit of luck we will all be approved soon enough... The majority of the wait is over. Once it gets to the NVC it will be a lot less waiting!

    I also live in Minnesota and have tried contacting my representatives for help. Klobachar's office is pretty responsive and helpful, I would try them! I can't get anything back from Tina Smith, so I would say it is a bit of a waste of time to call them

    Well it has kinda sucked to wait so long... We originally hoped that my Fiancee could be here in Spring this year. What a not funny joke how this has ended up. Honestly the most frustrating part of this process is how the USCIS can change their time lines just whatever. I understand stuff happens, but having the timeline change so much in the application process is extremely frustrating. If we had originally heard it would take more than a year for this god awful form we would have looked at other options. I wish that the USCIS would take some god damn responsibility in this. Its clear how little they care
