Now the status says "Issued" and the write up mentioned AP, what timeframe would you guess?

When at the interview they said it was refused pending the sputum test. As said above, everything was fine with the test and the results were sent from Telus to NVC in Montreal electronically a few days ago. I notice when I check the Visa status it still says "Refused" yet the 'Last updated" field shows today's date. Should I be worried? Also, do they send you something when they receive the tests?

Oh and once the medical is returned to the Embassy do they send you anything confirming receipt?

Hello! So the sputum test results came back clear and have been sent electronically to the Embassy. Anyone have any ideas how long it takes for them to finalize the approval once the medical has been returned?

Thank you! How did you get the sputum results from the hospital to the immigration doctors? Once the immigration doc sent them to the embassy how long did you wait for approval?

In case it got lost in limbo! Does anyone know anything about results from Montreal Chest Institute? I know that her sputum test results will take about 8 weeks but, how long does it take for the chest institute to get the results back to Telus and then how long for the Embassy to follow up on the returned results typically?

Interview went very well, she got a reject due to her waiting on sputum test results though. At least that's done. She said the interview itself lasted maybe 5 minutes with about 2 hours of wait time. They asked her where and when were you married, where did you meet your spouse, what does your spouse do for work, what do you, and will you, do for work, and how long she knew me overall. They asked for biometric pages, her passport, my taxes and proof of employment, marriage cert and divorce decree. An ok experience overall. Does anyone know anything about results from Montreal Chest Institute?
