IMO, safest to mail it with I-485.

Will call and determine the cost and see if it’s possible for us to do it at the same time as AOS. 

One more question. When does the medical come in to play? How far into the process?

What are the fees involved with this?

I will look this over  thank you  so no need to refill out a 130? 

My wife and I filed I-130 in August after getting married in April. Now she has been here visiting from Canada for 5 weeks and we are contemplating AOS. With the 130 already filed what do we do if this is a path we choose?  

Mine went from 6 to 10 months on day one so I have zero faith in it. 

Anyone else file a K3? We did ours got NOA the 15th of this month.
