Hi, we became documentarily qualified in September. Anybody know where the US Embassy/Consulate Lagos is on their backlog?

He can have his credentials evaluated through one of these services.

If he is going to move to another state google "teaching certificate STATE NAME" each state has all the steps you need to take to have your degree and teaching certificate recognized in that specific state. 
The first step always though is to get your credentials evaluated by a service recognized by that state.  He can complete the first step while he is still in Nigeria.

In January 2022 they sent IL to CR1/IR1 that were DQ early December 2020 the interview dates were for February 2022. However some got rescheduled to April and May 2022.
