I don't know about recently but I emailed them on 7/22/07 and it was accepted on 8/07/07. So 16 days or 12 business days. You may have better luck now since there seemed to be some kind of excessive backlog in those days.

Hi Everyone. I have been monitoring this forum for a while but this is my first post. The info and people here have been super helpful. Many many many of my questions have been answered in this process by reading experiences of others who have been through these steps already.
